Lovely. My favorite is the FIAD one, but they're all well done.

(I was just thinking as I was half-way through your CoTG vignette that I'd never really noticed that Daniel and Shau're parted with a kiss, and that that was a good thing. And then you gave a nod to just that!)

Wonderful! All of the vignettes are so well written with perfect detail. I couldn't stop reading! And I learned a new word: limned. Very nicely done (as always)!

Oh, I have vastly improved my vocabulary through reading fanfic! :)

Alphabet Soup will be in early July, and the next one_prompt will be September (I think), so there shouldn't be a conflict.

Oh my gosh, that last one grabbed a hold of my heart and just tugged. *sniffle* Absolutely gorgeous!!

I love them all though. You really know Sha're so well, and it shows in your portrayal of her. Gentle and afraid, yet strong-spirited and willing only to do what's right... She certainly was a beautiful martyr to her people.

And I was fascinated by a prompt I saw at gate_women - "Sha're's first day back on Abydos when she was carrying the Harcesis child". I claimed the prompt, but it looks like you've already written it for me. :)

Yeah, the FIAD one couldn't be anything but angsty. I did make sure she lived long enough to hear those last words, though - the ep could easily be interpreted as her dying before that.

I do love Sha're to pieces. Can't say I've ever seen her as "gentle," though. ;)

That prompt in gate_women was one of mine and I demand that you write it!

Gentle, as in not being pushy or demanding. I guess this idea came to me because of the way she was at the beginning (in Stargate: The Movie). She had spirit, yet she seemed to be so gentle and meek. IDK Probably just me.

That prompt was one of yours?! Oh great, the pressure is definitely on now. :) I'll do my best although it won't even come close to your gorgeous narratives on the life and times of Sha're. You know her so well!

Obviously we all have our own takes on things. :) I saw Sha'uri at the beginning as being uncomfortable and frightened with the so-called Emissary of Ra to whom she has just been married, whether she likes it or not. But I can definitely see your interpretation, too.

Seriously, I look forward to your take on the prompt - it's sure to be wonderful!
