I love the way he builds an espresso machine from a zat!

He sighed, giving the coffee cup a last, longing look. I'm going to be impossibly grumpy, he warned Selmac.

Laughter echoed in his brain. That's all right, Jacob, Selmac snorted. You already are.

Excellent :-)
Where are the Toby & Jacob WW/SG-1 crossovers???

I've always felt that Tok'ra know-how and Tau'ri ingenuity would make an interesting combination!

And thank you, because that little exchange was written almost before everything else, and is definitely my favorite part. :)

Glad you liked it, even if I can't help you with... West Wing, I assume!

I *demand* you watch the first 4 seasons of The West Wing (5-7 are a bit like S9 & 10 of SG-1, I try and imagine they don't exist) and write me some crossovers. I know you'll like it, cos it's funny and witty and sad and wonderful, all at the same time, just like SG-1.

::snickers::

Sorry, but I watch very little television. Three shows in the last fifteen years, I believe.

OTOH, tallulah_rasa has some absolutely stellar SG-1/WW crossover fic at her website. That should sastisfy you for a while. :)

Aw! Poor Jacob! And what do you want to bet that Selmak can manipulate Jacob's perceptions so anything *he* really dislikes doesn't taste the same?

::is shocked::

Selmac? That manipulative?

Impossible.
