Pretty Planes
The Stampede Parade was today (that's this big rodeo thing we have here. It's quite a big deal. Anyway, there was a flyover by a couple of F-18s, one way, then back the other way. I didn't know they were going to be doing that, but I heard the engines is the distance. I love the sound of those engines... Awesome, awesome planes.
I waited in hopes that they would come back again, but there was a flyover by a couple of Griffons (the helicopters, not the mythological animals-the Canadian equivalent of the Blackhawk), so I knew they weren't doing another... Sigh. More fast planes, please!
