Hahaha! The girly shriek is one of my favourite parts. Probably only behind the hairflipping at the end and Esposito's "Snakes on a Plane" ref. ROFLOL

I so LOVE this show. We were talking about it tonight, and mum and sister do too. And dad watches some eps.

And it's just so great how Beckett is the alpha, but she's not written as a bitch, and Castle doesn't care. He likes being around strong capable women and doesn't feel threatened.

Mum watches the occasional ep and finds it enjoyable but she doesn't sit down to watch it every week like I do. I so ♥ this show it's not funny. I love it more every week. Castle and Beckett and Esposito and Ryan and Martha and Alexis and Cpt Montgomery make me gleeeeeeeee!

I think the thing with Castle being so accepting of Beckett as a strong female (and using her as his inspiration for Nikki Heat) has a lot to do with his mother. Martha doesn't strike me as the type to just sit back and let things happen. LOL
