I am STOKED about this. Regardless of what the naysayers are spouting ("OMG A KIWI IN CHARGE OF THE WALLABIES WTF?!") I agree with Bob Dwyer's statement that Deans is DEFINITELY the best man for the job. He really IS the best coach in the world at the moment, and THAT is the coach that we want and need.
I don't care that he's not an Australian and I certainly don't care that he's a Kiwi. If he can bring us back to our former glory, then more power to him. *nods*
ETA: Also, Ch 7 - only a 10-second mention about the appointment, if that? FAIL.
