The sg1friendathon officially opens today! Prompts may be submitted through March 31. Everyone may submit prompts, even if they don't intend to take place in the ficathon. Multiple prompts are not only allowed, but encouraged. Please spread the word - we want as many prompts as possible!

Prompts should include, at a mimimum, the names of at least two characters ( Read more... )

Question here. Sam is on Atlantis in season 4, as I think you know. Would a prompt involving that fact (say, how her friendship with Cam or Daniel or Teal'c or Vala or Jack or whoever is affected or whatever) be allowed or disallowed based on this?

Long answer: We left it vague on purpose because the same people who haven't watched SG-1's S10 probably haven't seen SGA's S4... but yes, Sam in Atlantis was the reference for "prompts for S4 of SGA," since we already specified that SGA itself isn't part of the ficathon this time. We could technically say that anything that takes place in the Milky Way Galaxy, in terms of her friends saying goodbye or what-have-you, would be okay... but then the mods would have to judge the prompts on a case-by-case basis and we really don't want to have to deal with that. :)

Short answer: anything dealing with Sam's move to Atlantis does not qualify, sorry.

I'm going to leave this unscreened in case anyone else wasn't sure, Abyssis, so thanks for asking!
