We did short-shrift him this time around. He was actually in two of the challenges (Ice Ice Baby and All Together Now) but you're right that he wasn't featured in solo in any caps this time.

One reason I asked that question was because I know we tend to focus on the Big Six to the detriment of other characters. I am also keenly aware that my personal love of SG-1 ebbed in Seasons 6-8 so we feature them less often than we should.

I'm curious if others notice the imbalance -- and what they notice so that I can be more aware of the areas that irk our members. There are no innocent questions! ;)

Excellent. That dovetails nicely with the suggestion above for a theme of "first meetings" for various characters.

Also, I just noticed your note about the notes in personal LJs. I agree. I think I could have avoided the embarrassment of missing obaona's entry on one challenge if I'd gone directly to her with a reminder. I'm thinking strongly of adding a mod who can take responsibility for the reminders because I just don't have the time. :(

I respect the job you did as the lone mod of lantis_lims SOOOOOO much more now. Not that I didn't have a healthy respect before but knowing you did cap collection, cap selection, vote posting, tallying, reminding, and all other modly duties all on your own has a more visceral meaning. Don't know how you did it.

Yeah, it does take some time distributing reminders for 30+ people. I can certainly relate.

Aw, thank you. Honestly, I think it only got a little too much in the beginning when vote counting and writing up the tally was so time-consuming.
