3. The ship began deteriorating in the Pacific, and no one could figure out why. Not even Rodney, who didn't sleep for three days trying to piece together what could be wrong. Not even John, who paced the halls. The government sent it back at quarter speed, in tatters, and a thousand hearts broke.

4. Aliens stole it. Yep. For real.

5. John stole it. Okay. No. He flew it. The entire senior staff stole it. Woolsy was their look-out.

Hahahaha! I love the variety. But especially #1 and #4. I think instant teleportation is the way they should have gone in the movie. ;)
