The Alien. It wasn't so much the whole alien bursting out of someone's stomach scene, as Jack's drunken attempts at comparing Carter with Ripley and demanding that she dye her hair that had the movie banned from any future Team Nights.
Indiana Jones. Daniel's resulting week-long snit had half the SGC on edge.
Any art-house movie. Jack always fell asleep. Daniel and Sam had arguments over the imagery and they were an utter pain to explain to Teal'c.
The Mummy. For obvious reasons.
The serious and good war movies. Because they had enough heartbreak in their real lives.
SGA
Bridget Jones' Diary. Teyla's feminist mode was a spectacular and terrifying thing to behold.
Star Trek Reboot. The resulting Old Star Trek vs. New Star Trek argument between Mckay and Sheppard was truly epic.
The original Star Trek series. Ronon finally understood why Mckay sometimes addressed Sheppard as Kirk. He found it funny, much to John's annoyance.
The Alamo and anything about siege. It was Teyla who explained the significance to Ronon. Neither Sheppard nor Mckay wanted to talk about it.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show. There are some things that are very difficult to explain to aliens and then there are things that are not only difficult to explain but also leave the aliens in no doubt that your race is crazy.

I adore the comparison of Carter to Ripley too. Why yes, Sam is that badass.
