P42-781
Planet duly surveyed.
Found to contain: one swamp. Some plants. No valuable mineral deposits. No ruins. No sign of sentient life.
However, if immense swarms of giant mosquitoes are ever found to be of strategic value to the SGC, we have identified an ideal source.
--Col. Jack O'Neill
P29-434
We arrived on the planet. At least, we're pretty sure we did, because later we dialed out from the planet. However, as none of our recording devices seem to have functioned while we were there and nobody remembers a single thing between leaving the SGC and returning, I'm not sure what else to say here. We could go back, but chances seem good that we wouldn't remember that, either. I think we should probably just file it under "one of those days."
--Dr. Daniel Jackson
PR4-770We arrived to find the stargate surrounded by angry warriors who fired upon us as soon as we arrived. We fought them, but many more arrived to join them. It became clear that we were unlikely to be victorious. Colonel O'Neill ordered that we return

These are *awesome*. Number 1 made me burst out laughing - I heard it in Jack's exact tone of dry post-mission snark. And leave it to Sam to destroy YET ANOTHER PLANET.

'Dora the Explorer' ha ha ha. Really liked all the variations of the exact same mission, but Young's dry, matter of fact report, and Eli's much more colorful ones take the cake. (also was tickled to see that you'd written an entry for each of the prompts! That was a nice treat to find :) (edited for smartphone autocorrect fail)

P1Y-705 is not uninhabited as previously believed. We were greeted by a large mob armed with muskets. Did not need Dr. Jackson to translate the shouting and waving of weapons. Took MALP and gated home. Suggest more extensive surveillance protocols

I would use LOL but having ready up about the use of it on Wikipedia mdr 'morte de rire' (French: Death by laughing) is probably a better use of a descriptive texting abbreviation.
We could so with another five of these funny reports.
