Zelenka does so much for Atlantis... they all do. Fixing circuits and jumpers, translating the database so they can find more tech, dealing with all the late-night emergencies and the life-ending crises as best they can. But Zelenka knows that Atlantis is more than just a city - it is her people. And what he enjoys doing most for Atlantis is taking care of her people ( ... )

I love the idea of Zelenka doing all the interpersonal tasks, especially taking care of the science minions, which is something Rodney probably wouldn't even notice.
