It is my understanding that the Number Seven was completely destroyed, versus just being boxed.

Ellen says that all the material they were using to *copy* Daniel was destroyed, but there was already a version of him, because she said that John had disdain for him, which would have been impossible if not for the creation of him in the first place. There is at least one.

Ahh. According to the wiki, Cavil contaminated the amniotic fluid of the *copies*, so possibly a singular Daniel still in existence?

Do you think that maybe Daniel escaped for his life, and maybe headed back towards Earth, re-fired up the old Resurrection place to hide (Not the one the blew up but the one that the original 5 built to escape the destruction of Earth) and while he was there was when Starbuck dies and helped bring her back? Just a thought.
