My babies. :)
I finally finished putting together my aquarium. :) My babies are all happy now! They keep trying to climb into the background, though. Adam and I just sit there watching them for long periods of time. They're too cute. It's all very natural-looking, too. If I had a digital camera, I'd get pictures. The water coming from the filter is sort of cascading because the water level is so pretty low, so it has this really nice waterfall effect.
My eyes are getting better! Yay!!
I need to find a good turtle community. Anybody know of one? I found one for red ear sliders last night, but it only had six members. And I don't really think that mine are RES..I think they might be a mix breed between a RES and a Yellow-Bellied one. The thing that gives me that impression is Legolas (and the one without a name) have fairly noticeable markings on the sides of their heads, but it's not red -- it's orange. And the rest have the yellow stripes, maybe with a very, very faint orange. So, you know, they're all bi-racial. I might get a sucky fish or two to put in there with them to keep the tank cleaner..I'm scared they might eat it, though.
But anyway, I think that if I can't find a community, I'll make my own. *giggle*
