I wanted to thank everyone who could make it out today for the 2nd Annual Feast of Norton. I had a wonderful time.
Here's a quick recap of what we did.
We met at the Powell Street Cable Car Turn Around where we had a merry time meeting up. Jazz was being played, we were given free Crystal Light and Mac and Cheese. Religious zealots were abound! Two brave souls dared the hills as the rest of us took the Cable Car up to the Cable Car Museum and lunch.
The Feast it self was had at the Gallery Cafe and much laughter and cavorting was had. There was a massive hat pile on a young man's head.
Next we headed to the Cable Car Museum for SCIENCE! Pictures were taken and chaos reigned.
Then we headed down the hill to St. Mary's so we could give our respects to Emperor Norton. A vintage touring car drove by and we admired their awesomeness as they admired ours. An excursion to a small part and swings and swing tires were used, then it was off for merry-go-round and tea.
But we had to stop to listen to beautiful opera being sang in Maiden Lane.
The Martin Luther King JR. waterfall was examined and then merry-go-round. Then tea!
All and all, I had a wonderful time and I hope those who made did to. I love meeting you all and hope to see you all soon.
