Things are finally getting better

Well, Jess made it into town, and back alright.  Like he said, though, he probably won't be going back out anytime soon.  There were sections of the road where he had to ride his brakes because the road was nothing but a sheet of ice.  He even managed to put the money in the bank for us to pay our bills.  We usually go into town to do that, but it looks like we are going to have to trust to the postal system to get the bills to where they are needing to go.  I hate mailing bills, always worried about the checks getting lost in the mail, but there's going to be no way around it this month. 
Jess went into town to buy essentials, and what does he do?  Makes sure to get everyone a Valentine's gift while he's out.  He got Val a Wii points card to download a couple games to play (which considering how much it's snowing again, a few new games for everyone to play might not be a bad thing) The girls got chocolate, and I got an adorable teddy bear.  The little guy still needs a name.  I swear, I'm married to one of the sweetest men in the world.
P.S.  The bear came with some chocolate, so finally got my chocolate fix taken care of :D
