Sukkah!
A trip to Home Despot netted 8 two-by-fours, 4 joist hangers, and a box of 1 1/2 inch nails. After an afternoon of work, I now have the framework for a sukkah in my back yard. This week I'll be adding walls, branches on top, and of course decor. I'm hoping that guests will visit throughout the holiday, which starts friday night and lasts a week. Please drop me a note if you'd like to come by and shake a lulav, have some cake or schlivovitz, or just enjoy the we're-camping-out-in-the-back-yard feeling. I'm tentatively planning to sleep out there, but I'm not sure I have that level of religious devotion.
