Lieberman urges Nader to rethink run for president

U.S. Sen. Joe Lieberman harshly criticized Ralph Nader Monday for running for president,... "I argued that a vote for Ralph Nader was effectively a vote for George Bush, and if you care about the environment and fairness and the economy as Ralph says he does, than you ought to vote for the Democratic ticket," said Lieberman. "He's got to decide what impact his running has on the values and programs and policies that he cares about".
Of course, if the values you care about are corporate welfare, reactionary supreme court judges, and armageddon-style militarism, I suppose running as a third-party candidate has exactly the impact you want....
