We finally did it! - 3 months later a new house
After 3 months of waiting and working on the deal, we finally closed and recorded it today at 1pm. Yup we now own a 2nd home down in Santa Clara to hopefully ease my commute woes.

Can't wait to move in this weekend - well with the small amount of stuff we have. I will start staying there next week (after a bunch of cleaning!). I will be splitting my time between the house in SF and this - staying here probably 3-4 nights a week.
The place is 4 miles from my current work, and across Montague Expressway from
dr_scott and
excessor (who I think also works across the road from me as well). Hi neighbours!
Yay a commute that has gone from 1.5hrs to 8mins. YAY!
I am so excited.
