Chinatown advice needed

I'll be visiting San Francisco for one day in a few weeks, and hope to enjoy lunch at a delicious, but inexpensive eating place in Chinatown. Any suggestions? I'll be staying at the Embarcadero Center area and it doesn't look that far from Chinatown.

Also, is it jacket/coat weather there yet?
