Characters Your Mod Forgot About

Because there are at least three major characters that were accidentally overlooked...one of the next rounds will have a sidebar poll for Characters Your Dumb Mod Forgot About.

So far, we have:
- Juliet Burke (Lost)
- The Doctor (Star Trek: Voyager)
- Callisto (Xena: Warrior Princess)

Are all the Xena people relatively main/important characters? I know Ares and Joxer are (thanks, TV Tropes), but what about Alti and Ephiny? The Oops poll is designed to cover the main and important characters that were skipped because I'm ignorant of the fandom or just momentarily stupid.

(as a side note, the Xena character page on Wikipedia is horrendous and is what directly led to what I'm sure seemed to everyone as some pretty random character choices to go into the prelims)

I would definitely consider Alti a main character as she's a huge part of the story line and one of the main villains of the show. Ephiny is questionable I guess. She's the best friend of Gabrielle and played a huge part in her progression. But I guess if you added her, you could also add Xena's mom and Gabrielle's sister.

So, Alti ...yes. Ephiny? Not really.

And yeah the list of characters for Xena really had me confused. lol

We explicitly left off any fandom that's in the running for Fandom March Madness (f_march_madness) this year. BSG/Caprica (along with New Doctor Who, Fringe, Buffy/Angel, The X-Files, True Blood, Firefly, Walking Dead and Supernatural) is up there. Depending on response, we'll consider getting rid of that rule and opening it up to all fandoms next year. :)

I was just about to ask about DW, SPN, Buffy and Angel. I'd love for them to be included next time too. And I love that you made a scifi specific poll. :D

Wow. That's...a lot of people from Doctor Who to include in the "Sorry We Forgot About You" poll. Are they all relatively main characters? I went through the Wikipedia page of companions and picked ones that appeared to have been in a decent number of episodes. (the following sentence is not meant to be mean at all, I promise) I just want to make sure that the Oops poll is main characters that were missed because I'm either ignorant of the fandom (Warehouse 13, Blake's 7) or just temporarily an idiot (Lord of the Rings, Voyager), and is not flooded by a list of every single character people wish they had a chance to vote for.

Same "relatively main character" question applies to the Eureka bunch.
