exactly how many rape victims were billed under palin?
i sure wondered, and asked around. no one seemed to know, and liberals grinning refused to produce any victims, saying that would reinjure them horribly, just horribly.
well, it appears that the answer to my question is: none. nada. zip. zero.

Nor have I been able to find any documentation regarding a decision to bill those victims. Case reports don't contain financial billing information.
Financial records are retained by the Finance Department, and the Finance Director was unable to find any records of billing within records still being held.
