10-2 > 9-3

So, has it been a great 2006 so far or what? I think it has. Let's review:

But you know, fantastic may not be a strong enough word. I mean, did anyone actually watch the game? And you said the claim that, "Bama's back!" was a lie. Psshaw. You're just jealous you didn't have a team as great as ours. Did you watch the O-Line protect Brodie? Did you watch Keith Brown play? How about Ryans, Simpson, Harper, Roach, Madison, Peprah, Robinson, and company. Can you even NAME that many good players on your team? No, you can't. You think that team that played and defeated Texas Tech would have lost to LSU, Auburn, and then Georgia? No. If you disagree, you are simply in denial. You don't look to ifs or buts or look into the past unless you're using it against us (I'm looking at you, "But we beat you in the Iron Bowl!!1!! lolz!1!!! I are stupid!!1!one!!" Auburn fans). If that had been the team we'd had all year, maybe even without Prothro, you'd bee looking at a 12-0 Crimson Tide.

Oh, and so the Auburn fans know, Texas Tech is WAY better than Wisconsin. You guys just sucked. No really, they really blew. It was terrible. You guys actually won any games this season? If I didnt' know who Auburn was, I would've said they were no better than 2-9 going into that game. Horrific. *shudders*

Anyway, on this glorious occasion, I think a song is in order. Just fire up your favorite yeaalabama.mp3 and sing along:

Yea Alabama! Drown'em Tide.
Ev'ry Bama man's behind you
Hit your stride!
Go teach the Bulldogs to behave
Send the Yellow Jackets to a watery grave.
And if a man starts to weaken,
That's his shame!
For Bama's pluck and grit have writ her name in
'Crimson Flame.
Fight on! Fight on, men!
Remember the Rose Bowl, we'll win then.
Go roll to victory! Hit your stride!
You're Dixie's football pride, Crimson Tide!

A little later I will be having a tribute to the '05 Crimson Tide, but I need to get the words written and the pictures allocated. Until then:

Roll Tide.

In SPIRIT,
