I can't find info on this anywhere and thought maybe a fellow kiwi (or Australian??) will know.
Is possum red or white meat?
I am talking about the brush-tail possum, not the ring tail.
I'm just doing an assignment on possum meat. I've found out that ring-tail possum is white meat but not sure if our possum is the same.
