Bored...again
So it's the last day of the month and it's mind boggling how fast this year is flying past me. I'll be 20 in a little over a months time...I don't want to be 20, I'd like to stay in my bubble of 19 for a while longer. Why oh why does Father Time punish us so?
Want to know something weird though...I want to be 21. Yeah I know, I freak at turning 20 but want to turn 21. Don't even begin to understand my odd wants. I'm an odd person.
So I've almost finished my Exchange Fic which I'm so happy about. I actually like how mine is turning out...I'm just stuck on one part and it's the most important part of the fic. Don't you hate when that happens? I'm also finishing up the 7th chapter of Unknown Encounter too, just got a car scene to go and I'm home and hosed.
Now my Roswell fic isn't doing much for me though. I had this huge burst of inspiration, enough to write up an entire detailed fic plan, outlining each and every part of the series, but when it comes to actually writing it, I get stuck. I think I need the help of my group.
No writing for me today though, I have a huge night with my best friend planned and can't wait. Since she's in UNI studying and working as a nurse, we don't see each other often so when we get together we try to do as much as possible and get the most fun out of it. I can't wait.
Anyway, that's my week to date...boring. I don't have a rant in me today as I'm simply just pissed off at television in general. Smallville is giving me Lexana and I want to puke, it's like watching Michael/Liz on Roswell. Yeah shuddering thought I know. I don't even want to get started on One Tree Hill, let's just say that it's not going over well with me right now and all the spoilers I'm reading aren't much of a help.
The only good thing, is that Channel Seven over here are finally showing Tru Calling again. But they put it on at 11:30pm. How lame is that? No wonder it gets bad ratings. Stupid network. Lucky I got the season 1 box set already. I'll be watching though if they decide to air those last 6 episodes that were supposed to be season 2.
Channel Nine is giving us back Everwood too, turns out that last week it was taken off because of some ANZAC tribute which is okay...that I can understand so at 4:00pm this afternoon, I know what I'll be doing.
Channel Ten hasn't given us back OTH though but whoo hoo (Note that I'm being sarcastic) we're getting our 4th...could be 5th...I have no idea, Big Brother. Will I be tuning in on May 8th? No, probably not.
We do get the newest Season of American Idol though and I was so pissed when Constantine was booted off. Yes his pout gave off a sleazy quality and everytime he sang I laughed because it was so cheesy and overdone, but boy was that guy HOT! Not as hot at Bo, but hot all the same. I want Carrie gone. Vote off Carrie America, you know you want to.
