Writing Again
So I'm finally getting back into a writing mood which I'm happy about. I'm almost finished with AiL and am concentrating on UE. I don't know why now of all times my muse has decided to kick in but it has and I'm glad.
P>So I was picked as CiD's AoTM which made me feel so honoured and a few...well more like the majority of replies over there have the same comment about one of my fics. They all want to know when I'm going to write the sequel to KEC. I think most are fairly new to the Candy scene and to my stories otherwise they'd know that I already started one. Shamefully though it's in the forgotten section...along with SSDL. I don't mind that it's there though, as I actually plan to re-write the entire thing. I hated how I started it so I'm going to change it.
I suck a sequels, that's why I'm going to state that once AiL is finished, there will be no sequel even though I know that people will want one. I don't plan on ending the story with Maria giving birth or anything, she'll still be preggers and she and Michael won't be married either. I know this will annoy some people but oh well, it's my story and it's my ending. I prefer to leave it up to the readers imagination. Do they think the pregnancy went well? Do they think they'll end up married with more children? Up to them. I'll end it happily though, I think I'm incapable of writing an ending which ends sadly. I might try it one day...well...maybe not. I'm a sap for a happy ending.
I'm not ranting today, which is good. I've actually had a pretty decent week. I lost another 2 kgs, which for non-Aussies is like 4 pounds roughly, and I'm catching up on the things I've let sit for a while. Like writing for example...and unpacking. Yep, I moved, oh I don't know...4 months ago, and am now unpacking the boxes that were still sitting in the corner of my room. I didn't plan on it because there is nothing in those boxes that I use on a daily basis, until I couldn't find a CD I was looking for. So I've started going through all the boxes just to find the damn thing. Haven't found it yet and $10 says that it's in the last box I look in.
That's all I'll write for today. I thought I'd better come and update this thing now or I'd never get around to it. I get that way sometimes.
