Happiness Day 2 (just barely got it in!)
I made it on the 22nd! Amazing. Didn't have much free time today. Or at least, not free time with access to internet. Got off work, then studied for my last final, but I wanted to post this before I go to bed.
1. Sold over $200 worth of art at the store! I love selling things, especially to people who look like they are really going to cherish it. Makes me feel all giddy. Which is why I'm chained to my job, even though I am SEVERELY underpaid. Ah well.
2. I'm really getting the hang of this knitting thing! My neck warmer is about 14 inches long now and starting to look really good. I picked gorgeous yarn to start with, and my work is starting to look a lot more uniform and put together. I kind of hate how the beginning looks, but I figure you can't be perfect on the first try.
3. I've started planning my next project. I'm going to make the 4th Doctor's scarf! He's SO marvelous. I have real trouble picking between him and David Tennant and then I remember, I don't have to! If anybody has any tips on knitting the scarf, lemme know.
4. Tomorrow is my last final and I feel well prepared for it. I'm not happy with my other finals, but this one should go well. Also, the prof likes me, and that can never hurt.
5. Yu-Gi-Oh! the Abridged Series. I love this show. LittleKuriboh is the funniest man alive. What's really funny is that I never watched the actual show. (Though I am starting to watch the new fandub that he's a part of. What? I bet you have a slightly embarrassing fandom TOO.) "BROOKLYN RAGE!" Hahahahahaha.
6. Arthur and Merlin. GOD, my love for these boys is EPIC. And yesterday I found a podfic for And None But We Can Be Such Kings and so today at work I listened to it and knitted. It was quite wonderful. Podfic Here by the way.
7. Boston Market. I ♥ their chicken.
8. Free bagels again!
And there you have it! Bed now. Final final tomorrow! I guarantee that'll be number 1 on my list for the 23rd.
