i went to nuhdeen's bar in sunset yesterday hoping to stalk/meet her. sadly she was still on holiday and wouldn't be in till the next day!!! UGHHH but her brother in law was super nice...and hot and talked to me about her and said something about her "upcoming" plans to take the US by storm. ate something called sherperd's pie fries with hp sauce and he called me "super fan". i think i'm gonna go back soon just to see if she's really there all the time like they say!!
there were about 10 people in the bar...half was family watching the football game. they have a full menu with "irish classics" but i only tried the fries. i'm definitely coming back for dinner next time to see if quehn nuhdeen is back.
basically it's the shepard's pie filling topped off with fries. pretty fatty and delicious. he actually scared me! he was super intense getting in my face saying thanks for coming and supporting nuhdeen. he said "she's no fookin britnay spea-yers yet but shay'll come and sit with yeh next time. anythang yeh woont to know aboot nuhdeen you just ask me!" he was cool.
Ahh! I so want to go! I'm on the other coast so my chances are slim, but if I ever get to Cali I've already told my husband we have to go to Nadine's bar. He likes to drink so he'll be fine lol. I want to have a drink with her and get totally flustered by her accent in real life!
he said soon and what she has planned will just melt your heart....i then replied - i love nadine, screw cheryl! and he just laughed and smiled awkwardly HAHA
so jealous! i'm actually headed up there for a convention in the summer and i'm forcing my friends to take a day to visit the bar for the chance to see her hopefully. xD
