Vegasbaby, Vegas
We landed in vegas last night pretty late after a really bad song flight. It was about 40 minutes late, and the on flight interactive system didnt work at all. Anyway we arrived at like 11:30 local time, and headed to the Bellagio. On the way Oman expressed his fears that because the site no longer accepts american clients, that the hotel room may not be here for us. It was, so we're all glad. Just walking through the casino to the font desk we were able to spot some players: Paul Darden, Martin Deknieff, and JDags was sitting 2 tables away from us with a pretty nasty girl in the cafe Bellagio. I saw a couple of other Final Table players that I recognized, but couldnt remember their names.
All we really did last night was eat and go to sleep. Oman needed rest for the event, and Im getting sick and hoping to fight it off. No full blown "vegas" stories like the last time I was here just yet, but give it a few days and we'll be good to go. Im gonna head down to the poker room after a bath (yes, we have a huge tub in the bathroom baby).
Oman's Poker share shit just arrived. He got like 4 hats, 20 shirts, 4 decks of plastic cards, etc. Already cacked like 3 things. I'll update when I know what his stack is like.
UPDATE: Looks like Oman is at a fine table. The only player I recognize is Steve Dannenman, and he's not very good. Unless he's vastly improved from the recent WSOP. Even if he has, Adam's on his direct left, so if he's gotta be somewhere that's where. They have so many colors of chips right now, I can't see WTF his stack is at. I think they're breaking in like 20 minutes or so between the blind levels, I'll get some info there. But from his body language (The won't let us in the play area.) it doesnt appear that he's even played a pot yet. Maybe he's limped or something, but you start with 30k chips, blinds 50-100, so there's a lot of room to play.
Also found out the $1000 Daily tournaments dont start until tomorrow.
UPDATE: Oman's down to 26.5k from 30k. Next level is 100/200 blinds no ante.
