(no subject)
So i bought a new video card: ATI All in wonder 9800 pro.
Two things that are pissing me off:
1)Built in TV-in app doesn't allow me to drag the window onto my extended desktop (my tv). I did manage to set my tv as the primary desktop and then the tv app will play on there (although can't drag to the monitor). This is a pain in the ass since then all applications open up to the primary monitor.
2)Guide Plus+ won't update when i'm behind my router. When i check to see what port it uses, it seems to change every time.
The second one is no biggie, but the first is really irriatating. Why would i want to watch tv on my monitor when i have a fricken tv beside me. I want it to go through my comp because i want to record it.
Anyone know of any other applications i can use to watch tv? Or has anyone used media center and does it allow you to watch tv the extended desktop? Or maybe a fix? I'm still in the testing phase as to if i want this card, and if i have to i will be putting media center on this weekend.
