Reasons to get back on track with working out and eating well:

1. I've been sick on and off since November. I seriously don't remember ever having this much crap in my system for such a long time. Not even when I used to stay home "sick" from school at least 2x a month :) I think I have a perpetual cold.

2. On Saturday, I ordered my dress for Jen's wedding. Seeing as how I have about 3 months or so til the big day, any major changes in weight/inches would not be a good thing. Yes, they can always take a dress in, but if a dress is drastically too small the options are pretty limited.

3. Since I'm going to be stuck on the waterfront all summer I'd like to look decent in a swimsuit. I don't need people calling the coast guard to report a beached whale and asking how one got into Silver Lake in the first place.

4. I'll just feel better. I've been tired so much lately, for no good reason at all. I'm starting to feel all sorts of non-illness related icky. I want to be full of energy again.

If you think it will help me stay on track, poke me with a stick from time to time then laugh at the jiggling to remind me not to give up :)
