(no subject)
ok, so... tomorrow i get to move into my college apartment for the first time. it is a lil weird knowing that everyone i know has already done this and has established themselves already, but... now it is my turn and nikki's turn. last semester was so pointless just knowing that you wont be there long and the whole making 'long lasting' friends was just a joke, but i did learn a whole lot... i got to do so much and i wouldnt change it.
last night i hung out with nikki. it was so nice yet.. so unreal. what r the odds that two best friends are going to stay back home for their first semester at college? though we werent as attached to the hip as we were in high school... it was great knowing i could call her and know she was 5 minutes away. esp if i have a mental breakdown and she picks me up to go to a high school football game, lol. but now i am a few hours away from being away from that. not only attending two colleges sucks ass, but also making new friends again, being the new kid, having new suitemates, and then finally gettin comfortable and leaving for summer.
i wish this past break a lot more of us couldve hung out, but... s'all good. i just want to fast forward awkwardness for the next few weeks and get comfortable...er... as much as i can...
thank you nikki for staying by my side this semester. it was a new one for both of us and through our ups and downs with school, relationships, road trips, new friends, and halloween partying, i am so glad i had you by my side the whole time. new orleans needs a lil piece of heaven right now, so get going!!
ashlie and raina....man... i love you girls.. more than i can explain...we will be crazy old women one day sitting around talking about EVERY TOPIC IN THE WORLD! yeyeah!
