when people say..."it's a small world" do you ever really think about how dang true that statement is?

ok, so there was this guy who used to work at the starbucks on centerville. cute. funny. personable. one day i walked in and he told me i looked like his girlfriend and that we had the same "great hair." um... i looked at him like a crazy man and walked out as quickly as i could. no girl wants to be hit on by a guy who says they look like his girlfriend.

a few months pass and i go to IHOP with ashlie during TAKS week. he walks in with his girlfriend and he is in the side of the booth facing me on the other side of our aisle. i know he notices me cuz his girlfriend ends up turning around to see what he is looking at (or they are talkin about me..who knows)

this SAME guy with his girlfriend go to the movies and sit in the aisle ahead of me, ash and raina. WTF?! two different sides of town, the SAME people. i have yet to see his gf's face... but... dang! what are the odds? i guess it is garland and there arent that many things to do here, but dang. i also have that song "you're beautiful" by james blunt stuck in my head and it describes the same situation. kinda.

but its really not like i want him... i mean, he is cute. but why? of all the random people to notice, why is it that i always notice him? im good with faces and are always very aware of my surroundings, so i guess its partly my fault. anyway!!!!!

im about to go volunteer so i should chill.
