sooooo anyway, how is everyone? i am very happy to see that people are adjusting to college life quite well. i miss you guys though. the only time i really feel it is on the weekends... esssspppeeeccciiiaaallllyyyy with geena, kara and em gone. oh... and lets not forget raina. those were my friday night buddies. but oh well
however, this weekend is my last weekend working at that stupid wave pool, then its just babysitting for about and hour everyday after that. i am about to start volunteering for VITAS innovative hospice care. i will be spending time at people's homes... terminally ill people. lets see how that goes.
sometimes i miss not being at a university. every now and then i regret not going to UT, but i have fallin in love with the size of my classes and i know baylor's class sizes will be around the same. but i am going to austin soon enough though, i cant stay away from my home away from home too long. grant and i are gonna live in west austin. hey, if my uncles can do it, i can too, huh? lol anyway ima visit family then get the usual things done that i have to do, maybe ill visit ut? any of you guys wanna run my Austin errands with me?
i know i cant relate to a lot of you when you talk about how its not easy to meet people... but its hard trying to talk to people who are raising families, who are getting their 5th degree, who are already working in like... full fledge real jobs, from other countries, OH and who have NO idea what they want to do with their lives. but the people are nice, so... we'll see. oh and did you know that Richland is the 2nd highest reported place for the AIDS virus? that is some scary shit.
