(no subject)
ok, soooo band trip. man... panama city florida. first of all, the bus ride up there was way long. after a few hours, ashlie and i decided to move up the very front with ramirez and mrs. hudgins. we watched a billion movies and it was so fun makin fun of the way people sleep. according to ramirez, i talked a lil and i kept kickin him. ooooppppsssiiieeee. anyway...
right when we get there, we go bowling cuz we cant check into our hotel right away. I WAS 5 POINTS AWAY FROM BEING THE WORST BOWLER. damn. oh well, lol. My team the gutterbowlers played well and it was sooo fun laughing that time away. after that i didnt feel too well so i watched people skate. after about 5 hours of that we left for our hotel and let me tell you... our hotel room was amazing. i was soooo excited until we all realized we had crazy neighbors who screamed and yelled at eachother about not eating or not fixing his hair right. the guy's name was elliot. grr them!
anyway, after our showers, me and ashlie walked up and down the boardwalk and just chatted. man... i love that girl. that night we ate at Schooners (doesnt pronounce like it looks) and walked right out onto the beach. it was freezing! but it was so tight getting to freeze with some cool people. anyway, the next day we did some dolphin watching! we saw some and then walked along shell island. i went the opposite way with nik, eric garza, ramirez and a few others. we stuck a note in a bottle and nik threw it out to sea! it said something along the lines of this.."help us! we are alone on shell island and we have become cannibals! the whole island is red. there are 3 of us but soon there will be 2. you can reach me at my cell phone! call!" lololol. such fun times. i love life. after that was beach time where my face burned. anyway...after that we had our game night where nik one a football, ashlie won a psp and a flashdrive and i won a kick ass flash drive. i suck at bingo. maaaaan, lol. that night we made a homemade twister board but had to stop our party cuz the stupid snooty people around us kept complaining. I HATE RICH CONCEITED PEOPLE. GO SUCK YOURSELVES. but, after everyone was kicked out of our rooms... we def. rebelled and had senior pass on knowledge. that. was. tight. i love life.
the next day we went and played mini golf and went through a a hugeass maze. that was fun. i am awesome at mazes... too bad they never come up unless u are in florida. after that we went back to our hotels where some of us split up. my group stayed and went to the beach near the hotel. we didnt get in the water cuz it looked nasty from the hurricane that went through there, but we played volleyball. omg... i suck so much at that game. even hit myself in the face. wow, i suck, lol. that group was sooo freakin awesome. after we washed up we straightened russells hair and then went on a dinner cruise! i loooooooved it. the best part. got to have some awesome food and even dance. i didnt concentrate too mcuh on dancing, just kinda moved along with whoever was around me, but man... i loved it. prom will just be that more awesome. it was kinda sad dancing with armin for the last time! nooo!!!! oh well.
that night was horrible.
the next day woke up 20 minutes before we had to leave and then the bus ride home was filled with sleeping in and out of Hero and zoolander. after lunch i sat up with ramirez and read/watched movies/talked about how ghetto our bus was. yea... it leaked in when it rained and random parts of the bus were missing. lol. the last hour and a half was what i needed to hear and it was a perfect way to top off the trip.
so.... that was band trip 2005. it was very scheduled, but... it was still fun. it was definitely the year to not be so clichish and hangout with everyone. thats what new york lacked. we were forced to get to know everyone. eric garza is the funniest guy ever. and john lynch, patrick, chelsea man... everyone was so tight. so said it had to happen so late, but man.. it was kickass.
nik, ash, and gin... yall were the best roomates ever. we got our kickass room we waited for and we def. had our bonding time. you girls are so great and i am sooo proud that people trusted us enough to come to us when they had problems on monday. we made it a point to help problems and not create them.. and that night... we won. no one can take that away from us.
