My brother-in-law died last week. It has been the hardest thing my husband and I have ever had to deal with...We've both been eating like crap and we're both really depressed. Didn't even weigh in last week. It seems like we get a little bit better on some days, and on others we're much worse- about as bad as the day we found out he died. Only time will heal us....

...I'm back on track this week though. (I saw my mom while I was at the funeral in Florida and she looks AMAZING- she's lost 30lbs in about 2-3 months. She's a hottie now and has inspired me to follow in her footsteps!)
