Ok folks. I'm back. I've gained 1.6lbs. in the 2 months that I've neglected to weigh-in on a weekly basis (still 15.6lbs below start). I just finished mid-terms and I promised myself that after this stress that I would go back to having a regular weigh-in schedule. I find it strange that I feel better while I'm dieting and weighing-in on a regular basis, and yet I always kind of stop doing it for some reason (some excuse bla bla bla). You would think that you would continue to do what you feel good doing! Anyway, I will be weighing in again next Friday, so wish me luck! Here is to the wonderful week ahead!
