I'm going to try tracking what I eat on my lj for one week straight. Usually I'm really good once I get in the routine, and I'm always on my computer, so I figured I'd try this out... At the very least, I'm going to MAKE myself track my diet day-by-day for 7 days. I think I can do that.

WEDNESDAY- August 16, 2006:

BREAKFAST
2: 2cups grapes
0: coffee
2 POINTS

LUNCH
4: salad with 1000 island dressing
6: chips and salsa
12 POINTS

DINNER
4: serving of pot roast
3: baked potato
0: 1cup carrots
19 POINTS

SNACKS
2: carb clever canned fruit
1: cottage cheese
2: popcorn
24 POINTS

I'm not really hungry right now, but if I am later...I'm going to either 1) brush my teeth, 2) whiten my teeth, or 3) drink LOTS of water! ...or all of the above..haha :)
