Mid Week News
We spent a good three hours last night setting up our new laptops. Wireless is so cool and we now can use the internet at school, coffee house, home, and just about anywhere as long as we can get a signal. So we set up our home pages, email, favorites, and all our other little goodies. Were packing them to school now. My printer uses a USB port plug so we can use them at school to write papers during free time and at home hook up and print out our papers. This is so cool. Which reminds me.. I need printer ink.
Last night I got to thinking about the future, again, and that sorta set me in a bout with my insecurity. I try to keep reminding myself I have nothing to fear but cant help it. I sat there teared up for a while cause I cant think of life without Kelly. She is so good to me and I could not handle her leaving me. It would crush me. She is use to my little moments and was right there to comfort and hold me. She held me till I fell asleep last night. I know I am being silly but I cant help my insecurity either.
Yes, last night we slept with the window opened up a little and I could hear the peepers. Then this morning we woke to the birds singing. It's still a bit chilly out but spring has arived and we have been cooped up to long. Dad has already made his Memorial Day party plans. Were having Kelly's parents, her brother, my aunt and a few people from Dad's offfice over for a grill-out. The master grill man who has perfected the art of charring everything he cooks will perform his anual spring act of burning whatever he cooks on the grill. He has his master chef apron and will stand proud through the smoke and heat of the mighty grill.
Last night Dad came up to our room and wanted to know how the new laptops were working. He is so silly and kept hinting for something to eat. So we took a break and made some cookies for him which he just loved. Mom said we spoil him to much. Were picking Tammy and Nicole up this morning and will stop for morning coffee so will leave a bit early this morning. Tammy and Nicole are getting along really good and look so adorable together. It's hot when they kiss.
I may have a babbysitting job this weekend. They said they would call me back. Speaking about calling, my cell phone is acting strange. The 9 key sticks and I will have to tell Dad, but hey, I didn't break it this time..
