Gales were not meant to be confined.

How appropriate that is, both in the context of the gale force winds in nature and the Gale force of my families...being. I'm on this awesome trip with my grandparents, my uncle, aunt, their son, along with my aunt's brother, his wife and their son. Dylan (my cousin) is the one who's practically my brother. Anyway, bit racing event (drag racing) down in St. Louis. It's insanity. Seriously, I'm having a good time and it's really cool that they invited me to come along this time. But this family was not meant to be this close together for long periods of time. We all have the exact same attitude, so imagine a family of me's. Except that Dylan and I are probably the more tame and well-mannered of the bunch. Oddly enough, something that comes with being young. I'm keeping (or trying to anyway) a racing diary, we'll see how that goes. Either way, I'm getting some good photos. Good for what, I'm not sure, but I'm happy with at least a few of them.
Anyhow, I've been up for about 85% of the past 3 days, so I really need to get some sleep while I have a good amount of time and a comfy bed (surprising for a cheap, shitty Motel 8).
