Day before Turkey Day
Well tomorrow is Turkey Day, cant wait to see all my family. Well most of them at least. It sucks that I only get to see them on the holidays, but with everyone in college mostly, it gets rough. I found out a couple days ago that my Aunts cancer has come back. Size of a lemon in her lungs. Cant imagine what my cousins are feeling right now, or if they even understand. They are 13 and 9 I wanna say. She starts her chemo (sp?) soon. I just cant imagine. So Im sure the holidays are going to be a little drained.
I forgot to mention something I did a couple weekends ago, I went and visited my Annie at Cortland!! Stayed in her dorm with her other 5 roomates. I must say she has some really great friends. I cant wait to go down there next year and be apart of it all! Mostly I just cant wait to get out of the house ;). But I had an awesome time and cant wait to go back. Id like to make it up to Oswego and visit Joselle and all her roomates.
Last week I put in 40 hours at Tullys. :( Longest week of my life. And it was pretty tough cause not only did I work, I had colorguard and school. My friend Tim was just like, "Why do you do this to yourself?" But honestly I like being this busy, and its not too hard to keep my grades up. Ive got like high 80's in Math and Physical Science, a B+ in ASL, and Eng Im going to be lucky if I pass. Nobody is doing well in that class, so at least its not me. Anyways, training at 7th North was fun. I met a lot of new people and made new friends. Alot of my friends from N. Syr. came in, so it wasnt too bad. Plus I worked with Debbie, Jody, Randy, and Beth, who all work at N. Syr. so it was all good. The first couple nights sucked, but it wasnt too bad. Not sure if Id do it again. I just missed all the people I used to work with. Last night was my first night back at my Tullys, and it was nice. In about a month Im going to be serving there. So Id beter see all my friends coming in to eat in MY section!! :)
Just to clear things up with people, only because Ive been asked this a billion times, I am doing alright, and Im fine. Rough times right now, but Im hopefull that some day things will get better. Just hang in there with me. And I thank all of my friends who have been there for me this past month. Whithout you, I dont know where Id be.
Alright, Im going to chill since I have about 2 hours before I have to go to work :( At least Im still in my PJs!! :)
