On the way to the casino this morning, my mom said to me "Hey look, Alex: there's a lisence plate for you!" and I looked in front to see an SUV with a plate that read "SOBLU." For a moment I thought maybe this should upset me. After all, if I really am "so blue," what is anyone doing to prevent it? I laughed a bit and said "yeah," and didn't speak of it for the rest of the trip. We were going in celebration of my sister's birthday, which was 10 days ago and mine which will be in 11. I didn't want to ruin the mood. I was given $20 and, paired with $6 of my own, lost all but $1.25. Everyone else came away with at least a profit. This is why I don't take risks.
