Oh Why Not...

[01] Reply with your name and I will write something about you.
[02] I will then tell what song[s] remind me of you.
[03] Next, I will tell you who you remind me of, celebrity/animated or otherwise.
[04] Last, I will try to name a single word that best describes you.
[05] Chances are you've already posted it in your journal, so don't even bother with step 5.

I've picked up the bad habit of litering. I excuse it by rationalizing that sidewalks and streets are worse for the Earth than a paper cup or flyer may be, but I feel bad for all the people who have to clean that stuff up. When I'm at work, I am flabbergasted by the amount of people who choose not to clean up after themselves. I am perpetually busy wiping up sugar, or throwing away empty cups or straws because, apparently, reaching over three feet for a garbage can is too much effort. Especially in a mall where you'll be walking around everywhere.

That reminds me: Domenick brought up a good point about handicap spaces in malls. The mall is for people to walk around in and shop - so why even bother with handicap spaces? Suuuuuure, it's a law and all, but the moral of this story is that sometimes old people need to grow up!

In reality, I emphasize with older people. I know I should let go of all these pet peeves I have about the youth and my peers (sometimes), but I suppose I see so much trouble out in the world its hard to see beauty in anything nowadays. When love is just a meaningless chemical reactions, that can live or die of off fickle little tendencies, what is there to strive for? Art is dead, or, if not, out of my reach.

I don't know. The world's got me down. The world's got me down
