This weekend I went to Dan's dad's house. It's in the middle of nowhere and its super relaxing. You end up sleeping, eating and watching television all day..which is nice. Plus, we all sit on the porch and talk through the night. His dad's girlfriend has tons of animals, like chickens, little wiener dogs, new kitties, and a new pig. It's like a farm but it's fun feeding everything. She gets fresh eggs almost everyday. I warned Dan that eventually I was going to end up like her and have tons of animals hanging around my house. He said it was cool.
It was cool also because i'm really getting more comfortable with his family and hanging out there. They have a little blow up pool and we took Dan's nephew in it. He had a lot of fun even though the water was only knee high for me and freezing cold. We also had some water balloon fights. Dan's sister, Shannon, and I teamed up and tried to sneak attack Danny with water balloons, but he caught on and ended up soaking us in water from the fridge when we wern't paying attention.
Then we drove home tonight. They got nice new couches at the new place that are amazing so Dan and I watched The Big Lebowski on the new big screen televison. We didn't get through it, I was ready to be home and Dan was wanting to go to bed. Then I talked to Lorena on the way home.
Back to work and school.
