Meow?
It's funny how quick life can turn upside down. Maybe not upside down, but it can change in the blink of an eye.
To make a long story short, Dan got fed up at his old place and has been living with me since Sunday in this limbo until he gets this apartment with these two guys at the end of the month. It's nice having him around all the time like when I come home from work or when i'm getting ready in the morning. It's also very strange at the same time. I'm not having to do thirty minutes of driving both ways to get a few hours in after work.
But this short lived affair is getting cut even shorter. Dan and these two guys are probably going to move in this weekend, so no more Dan. Dan showed me the apartment tonight after his nephew's birthday party. It was super cute and the master bedroom was huge. The shower could easily hold four to five people. I kind of wished Dan would pony up the extra cash to take the master bedroom but he can't even if one of the guys was willing to give it up. Oh well, we'll have our own place one day. I'm thinking in another year I'll be ready to move in with him.
I won't be able to see him in Weston if I can't get my car fixed. It was all fine and dandy until we tried to start it and it start going crazy. Lights dimmed, having to push start it (thank god I drive stick), flooring it and it isn't going above two. It was crazy. Mom thinks it's the alternator; Dan and I are going to limp it over to Jack's tomorrow. Luckily Dan has off, but I had to call Brittney and tell her I wasn't going to be able to pick her up AND I have to miss school tomorrow. That's three absences in my ART class. Hopefully he won't tell anyone. I'm super pissed.
