OMG! \^o^/ *faints*
I received an gift piccy from
maiyeng last weekend and since it is so incredibly awesome that I just can't stop myself from looking at it, I felt the necessity to spread my happiness & excitement about it with the rest of you (make sure that you click on the picture to see the full version of it on deviantArt).

I'm assuming that the "disorganized" part that you're talking about is our "What'cha Been Doing?" segment. This was kind of designed to be an unstructured discussion of whatever anime, manga, and games we've been watching/reading/playing lately, but I understand if it seemed a little strange. We've actually started splitting up our episodes now, so the "What'cha Been Doing?" ones are independent of the more focused discussions.
Man, I do love me some Rock Holmes. He is, far and away, the most interesting character in Tezuka's entire Star System, due to his incredible change from boy hero to charismatic villain. (If you're interested, check out Ada Palmer's fantastic Rock essay, which I briefly referenced on the podcast: http://tezukainenglish.com/?q=taxonomy/term/36/0)
Oh, and if you guys enjoyed the podcast, please do check out our newest episode, which features an in-depth discussion of the Astro Boy story "The Greatest Robot on Earth" and all of its adaptations. Don't worry, it is entirely without a "What'cha Been Doing?" segment. Link: http://www.anigamers.com/2010/03/ani-gamers-podcast-028a-greatest.html

You're welcome! How could I ever miss out on a podcast which is featuring my favorite topic! =D Also, I'm kind of curious about how you actually found out that I was talking about the podcast in my LJ. o_O
I didn't intended to criticize this neat podcast but some segments of it just baffled me a tiny bit. ^^;
Oh, I'm going to download that podcast later because I've watched the Astro Boy (2003, without the appearance of Black Jack) amine lately! Thank you very much for the link to that podcast!

Don't worry about criticizing it! If we didn't get criticism, how would we know to improve the podcast? Believe me, any commentary on the show, good or bad, is a reminder that somebody's listening, which makes it all worthwhile.
