Oy...ever since Adam and broke up (like that week) by boss and my skating coaches have been trying to set me up with guys they know. It's kinda getting annoying now. I mean, it's a nice thought but I'm just not interested right now and they don't get that. Look at the facts: I'm newly single, moving to Alaska in little more than a month, and not sure what I'm going to do or where I'm going to live after the Alaskan adventure....I really don't need a guy in my life right now. I think that having a boyfriend or even finding someone who I really like would be a big problem right now because I need this time to figure things out for myself. Having someone who I want to be with who is in a specific place would influence my choices in a way that may not be beneficial to my overall future happiness. I just don't want that right now.....but they keep trying. What makes it more difficult is that one of the guys they tried to set me up with actually likes me (calls me "Cute Katie" when he asks Dana about me). It's just weird having someone that wants to get to know you and possibly date you when you have no interest. Anyways....yeah.....if you're ever going to try to set up your friends, make sure they want to be set up (or that they at least are looking to find someone)...
