(no subject)
So I went home this weekend to visit Adam. I left on Friday. The week before I couldn't find a parking spot on my street so i parked on the street next to mine. When I got to my car I walked up to find that someone had keyed the driver's side. Then I notice something in my wipers and see that its a parking ticket. Supposedly I was parked within 5 feet of a driveway (which i guess is illegal), but I wasn't parked within 5 feet of a driveway. The drawing the cop drew on the ticket is absolutely ridiculous...but since i didn't take a picture before i drove away I can't prove it...so basically it just sucks. Anyways, to continue the story, I drove back to my street, parked to go inside to grab my stuff, and when I went back to my car I noticed that the passenger's side of my car was keyed on the door and in squiggles on the back of my car. So yeah...a parking ticket and a car that is completely scratched up. AWESOME morning.
The rest of my weekend was better. got my haircut, spent lots of time with the boy and some time with the family. Didn't go rafting like we were planning but it was fun anyway.
Then Monday I drove back and had my second interview with planned parenthood for an internship in their education department. I really hope I get the internship, but I doubt I will since I could only do it until I graduate in December. But maybe I'll get it anyway. If I get it, I'll be doing talks at schools and to the community about contraception and STDs, which is really cool.
