(no subject)
I am so happy right now. Could be happier if it was still summer, I was still in Steamboat, and I didn't have to get up tomorrow morning to go to Biochemistry....but I'm still pretty damn happy. Adam called me tonight. For the second time in the week that I've been gone. He called me once to say he missed me (and because he said he would probably call me when he was in MI), and then he called again tonight to let me know that he's back in the boat from his trip home. It's so weird to me. But exciting. He might even go hike Elbert with me and Rory this weekend, and then go raft the Ark with us. That would be amazingly awesome : ) I shouldn't be this excited, but I am, and I'm OK with that, cuz I CAN be this excited.
Anyways, other than the boy, I do in fact have a life. I finally finished unpacking and am almost finished organizing my new room. It's pretty sweet. I painted two of my walls a pinkish-orangey color, which is pretty sweet. The sucky thing is that my mattress is still horribly uncomfortable, but tonight I'm trying the blow-up mattress that I brought with me, so hopefully that will help some. My dad is coming down sometime soon, maybe this week, and he's going to tie my home mattress to the top of his car on the way down, so that will be nice.
Had two classes today, physics and pyschology. Pretty much cool. Both professors seemed really fun and will make the classes interesting, so thats good. Alex and Savannah are in my physics class, so that will be nice. I'm not sure if I know anyone in pysch, but who really cares. I think that all the boys from last year (the ones who lived next door) are in my biochem class, so that will be good. Hurray study group (because even I will need to study for biochem).
