Yayyy. I got the tier 3 position. Finally was interested in that venue here. I had been holding off because my main interest is to make the transition for new ppl a smooth one and educate ppl, but you need to wrk "up the ladder" to accomplish that. Mentoring seems to have changed too much for me to have interest in it, maybe that will change. The responsibilities of that dept have chanegd a lotand are in the middle of a transition so my personal transition I expect to be stressful, because I dont like not knowing whats going on. Also some ppl's ideas of teaching dont make sense to me so this'll be fun.
