With Winter Track starting up and now i am on the Red Tide indoor track club at milford it's always best to outline some new goals for the short season before outdoor track!
1) Run 300 miles or more before outdoor season.
2) Run 4:47 for the mile.
3) Break 11:00 minutes in the 2 mile before outdoor season!
4) Keep up with drills, lifting weights, and swimming.
5) Stay healthy (rest, icebaths, vitamins, stretching).
6) Keep dreaming about Nike Outdoor Nationals.
If you can dream it, and truly believe in it, then it can happen...
